NOIZE Legal can help draft your agreements and terms, protect your brand, register your domains and give practical business advice. What is included depends on your strategy, scope and proposal.
Depending on your strategy and scope, NOIZE Legal can help with trademarks, domains, agreements and the business advice around them.
Then your lawyer can verify, or a referral can be arranged.
A lot can be done before a lawyer is needed.
Trademarks, domain names, website terms, supplier and customer agreements, business documents and practical advice. NOIZE Legal can help with all of these, depending on what is agreed in your proposal.
When something needs a lawyer, you can use your own to verify the work. If you do not have one, NOIZE Legal can refer you and help you get everything together for them.
NOIZE Legal is not a law firm. Drafts should be checked by a qualified lawyer before you rely on or sign them.

What NOIZE Legal can help with, what may need a lawyer, and the fees, set out before anything starts.
Work begins
Drafts prepared, trademarks and domains progressed and advice given, as agreed in the proposal.
Verify where needed
Your lawyer can verify the work, or a referral can be arranged with everything they need.
Drafted and prepared. Verified by a lawyer when it matters.
NOIZE Legal can help prepare documents. Where legal advice is needed, a qualified lawyer reviews them, or a referral can be arranged.
What NOIZE Legal can help with.
Everything below can be included, depending on your strategy, scope and proposal. Where a qualified lawyer is needed, you can use your own or ask for a referral.
Trademark searches, applications and renewals can be handled for your brand name, logo and slogans. Where an application meets an objection, a qualified professional can respond. No registration outcome is guaranteed.
Domain names can be checked, registered and renewed, including .com.au and .com, with ownership kept in your business name.
First drafts of agreements can be prepared from the commercial terms you have agreed, ready for your lawyer to verify before signing.
Website terms of use, terms of sale, privacy policies and refund policies can be drafted to match how your business actually operates. NOIZE Digital can then add them to your website.
Letters, forms, registers, minutes, notices and other business documents can be prepared and kept in order.
Practical advice on the commercial side of a decision, such as how an arrangement could work, what to ask for and what to watch. This is business advice, not legal advice.
If you need a lawyer and do not have one, NOIZE Legal can refer you and help put together the facts, documents and dates they need, so their time is spent on the legal work.
Scoped to your business. Set out in your proposal.
What is included depends on your strategy, scope and proposal. You see it in writing before any work starts.

Questions people ask us.
The things people ask before they start. Can’t see yours? Ask us in your first chat.
Is NOIZE Legal a law firm?
No. NOIZE holds no legal practice licence. NOIZE Legal can help with trademarks, domains, document and agreement drafts, terms and business advice. Legal advice comes from a qualified lawyer.
Can NOIZE Legal draft my agreements?
First drafts can be prepared from the commercial terms you have agreed, depending on your scope. Have them verified by a qualified lawyer before you sign.
Can NOIZE Legal register my trademark?
Trademark searches and applications can be included in your scope. No registration outcome is guaranteed, and objections may need a qualified professional.
Do I need my own lawyer?
Not to get started. If you have a lawyer, they can verify the work. If you do not, NOIZE Legal can refer you to one.
What is the difference between business advice and legal advice?
Business advice covers the commercial side, such as options, terms and next steps. Legal advice covers your legal rights and risks, and comes from a qualified lawyer.
How is the work scoped?
Everything starts with a chat, then a scope and proposal that sets out what is included, what may need a lawyer and the fees.
Who do I pay?
NOIZE Legal’s work is set out in your proposal. If you engage a lawyer, you engage and pay them directly.
Important information about NOIZE Legal
NOIZE provides administrative support and business strategy. Where work is outside our skillset, or the law requires it, we make sure an appropriately qualified professional is involved.
What we may be able to assist with
Depending on what is agreed with you, NOIZE may be able to assist with practical administration such as gathering facts and documents, organising a commercial brief, preparing standard forms and templates for review, lodging trade mark applications, tracking deadlines and correspondence, plus business strategy around your legal needs. Any assistance is administrative and secretarial in nature.
Where a qualified professional may be required
Legal advice, the drafting or certification of legal documents, representation and any other work the law reserves for a lawyer would need to be done by an appropriately qualified legal professional. Depending on what is agreed with you, a document may be prepared by us and approved by your own lawyer, or prepared and certified by an appropriately qualified professional.
How work may be handled
There is no fixed process. How any piece of work may be handled, and who may carry it out, is discussed with you at the strategy or proposal stage and is subject to written agreement before work starts.
No outcome is promised
NOIZE does not guarantee that any agreement will be enforceable, that a dispute will be avoided or resolved, or that a trade mark will be accepted or registered.
Responsibility for advice
NOIZE takes on no liability for regulated advice. Where an appropriately qualified professional provides any advice or regulated work, that professional is responsible for it under their own engagement and terms. NOIZE is not a law firm. NOIZE does not hold a practising certificate and does not provide legal advice or legal services.
